The main entrance to the building is on Sauchiehall Street which means no quiet streets to walk along while getting home at night.
The building is extremely secure.
The front door has a magnetic lock that cannot be kicked in.
We also have a suited locking system. The tenant receives one key which opens each landing door, their specific front door and their specific bedroom door.
CCTV monitors the entrance to the building, the stairs and the fire doors. The fire doors are alarmed.
We have student wardens on site who ensure the building is secure.
EMERGENCIES
The student wardens who live on site are the first port of call in an emergency. We also provide the student with other back up telephone numbers.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANLINESS
A Housekeeper visits the building three times a week to ensure the building is secure. She also cleans the communal areas of the building and deals with any maintenance issues that might arise.
